This document describes the current Millennium service. A client’s signed Order Form supplies its exact scope, contracting parties and any jurisdiction-specific terms.
1. Current use
Millennium currently limits cookies and similar technologies to those needed for security, authentication, session continuity, abuse prevention, and basic service operation. Optional advertising pixels are not active on the Millennium public website at this time.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary: authentication, account access, security, fraud prevention, request routing, and service continuity.
- Preferences: remembering a choice that a user asks the service to retain.
- Measurement: privacy-conscious performance or usage measurement used to understand reliability and improve the service.
- Marketing: advertising, retargeting, or cross-site measurement. This category remains off unless it is deliberately activated with required notice and choice.
3. Your controls
Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent login or protected features from working. Where law requires consent for a nonessential category, Millennium will request that consent before activation.
Millennium does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where an applicable opt-out preference signal is legally required, Millennium will treat it in accordance with the applicable law and active service configuration.
4. Client business websites
A client business may choose its own approved analytics or marketing tools. That client is responsible for telling Millennium which tools are authorized and for supplying any additional notice or consent requirements. Millennium will not silently activate a client’s advertising pixels.
5. Changes
This policy will be updated before Millennium materially changes its cookie, analytics, or advertising practices. The effective date identifies the current version.
