This document describes the current Millennium service. A client’s signed Order Form supplies its exact scope, contracting parties and any jurisdiction-specific terms.

1. Scope and our role

This policy applies to Millennium’s public website, account areas, and the AI-assisted business tools Millennium provides. “Millennium,” “we,” and “us” mean Millennium Innovation FL LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

For information submitted directly to Millennium, Millennium determines how that information is used. When a customer submits information through a client business’s website, the client business generally determines the business purpose and Millennium processes the information to provide the service. The client business may have an additional privacy policy that also applies.

2. Information we collect

  • Business and account information, including names, business contact details, login identity, plan, and service configuration.
  • Customer submissions, including inquiries, appointment requests, contact details, consent choices, and information intentionally entered into forms.
  • Website and catalog content supplied by a client, including services, products, prices, images, hours, policies, and approved answers.
  • Technical and security information, including device or browser information, approximate network information, request identifiers, timestamps, and activity needed to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
  • Billing and transaction records supplied by a payment provider. Millennium does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.

3. How information is used

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the subscribed tools.
  • Route inquiries and appointment requests to the correct business.
  • Answer questions using business-approved information and hand uncertain requests to a person.
  • Authenticate users, enforce permissions, investigate misuse, and maintain audit records.
  • Process billing, provide support, communicate service changes, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Measure service reliability and aggregate usage without using customer submissions for unrelated advertising.

4. When information is shared

We share information only as needed with the client business receiving a request, vendors that help operate the service, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Vendors may use information only to provide their contracted service and must protect it appropriately.

Millennium does not sell personal information. Millennium does not currently use customer submissions for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this policy and any legally required consent or opt-out controls must be updated before activation.

5. AI-assisted features

The business assistant uses approved business information and may use automated or AI-assisted methods to understand a request, select an answer, or prepare a handoff. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Customers should not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information through the assistant.

Millennium may change the technical method used to provide an AI-assisted feature while preserving the service, privacy, safety, and contractual commitments described here.

6. Choices and privacy rights

Depending on location, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosure. A request may be sent using the contact method shown on the Millennium website, the relevant client website, or the applicable Order Form. We may verify identity and authority before acting.

If Millennium processes information for a client business, we may direct the request to that business or assist it in responding. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

7. Security and international processing

Millennium uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed where Millennium or its approved providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

8. Children

The Millennium service is intended for businesses and general audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it may be removed after appropriate verification.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect service, provider, or legal changes. A material change will be posted with a new effective date and, when required, additional notice.

Privacy and legal requests may be sent to support@millenniuminnovationn.com or mailed to Millennium Innovation FL LLC, 1327 N Highland Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755, unless a client Order Form or website lists a different verified notice contact.
